Q: How does the mechanism work?
A: The mechanism of this promo is point collection which can later be exchanged for certain rewards (GoPay balance, GoPay coins, and GrabFood vouchers). The collection is done by purchasing a minimum of 2 TicTac 80 gram packs of any variant in one (1) receipt at the nearest store (hypermarket/supermarket/minimarket) or online only through ASTRO, KlikIndomaret or Alfagift. Once approved, it will give one chance to get points randomly.
Q: How long does receipt verification take?
A: The maximum estimate is 3x24 hours. This is the maximum estimate so it might be faster.
Q: Why was my receipt rejected?
A: A rejected receipt means it does not meet the criteria mentioned above. Additionally, eligible receipts are printed receipts from offline stores that include address, date, and transaction time. Also, online purchases other than ASTRO, KlikIndomaret or Alfagift are considered not eligible (must be printed).

Q: How many points can be earned?
A: Points can be earned in the range of 100-50,000. This means there is a chance to directly get 50,000 points.
As information, the minimum points are variable and may change at any time.
Q: What if I buy more than 1 piece of TicTac 80g of any variant in one receipt?
A: Each purchase of one (1) TicTac 80 gram of any variant in one (1) receipt counts as one (1) chance to get points with varying amounts. Purchasing multiples of two (2) TicTac 80 gram of any variant in the same (1) receipt will get chances according to the number of TicTacs purchased. Example: You buy 5 packs of TicTac in 1 receipt, you will get 5 chances to get points with varying (random) amounts, up to 50,000 points each chance.
Q: How do I redeem points for prizes?
A: Redemption can be done through the mission page (located at the bottom right of the page).
Q: What is the minimum point redemption?
A: The minimum redemption is 20,000 points which can be exchanged for 20,000 GoPay coins. Below is also attached the types of rewards and the number of points required for redemption.
- 50,000 points = Rp 50,000 GoPay Balance
- 20,000 points = 20,000 GoPay Coins
- 50,000 points = Rp 50,000 GrabFood Voucher
GoPay Balance prizes will be sent to the phone number and name listed on the profile page. Please make sure the name and number on the profile page are linked to your GoPay account.
GoPay coins are valid for 60 days from the date of coin redemption. If GoPay coins are not used within this period, they will expire.
Q: Why does my account not show my phone number? Only my email appears.
A: The phone number shown is from accounts that have previously participated in our other promos. If there is no phone number, it is not a problem because when redeeming points for rewards, there will be an input for phone number. Make sure the number is linked to GoPay or Grab.
Q: How long will GoPay be sent?
A: GoPay will be sent within 5x24 hours after successful redemption.
Q: Why did I fail to redeem a reward? My points did not decrease but I received a success notification earlier.
A: Successful redemption refers to the deduction of points in history. If there is no deduction, the reward redemption was not successful. Please ensure you have completed the required biometrics.
Q: Are the prizes limited?
A: Yes. Prizes are limited. Currently, redemption for prizes is also limited per user.
Q: When is the last day for redemption?
A: Redemption can still be done until October 26, 2025. However, receipt uploads are no longer possible as the maximum upload date is October 19, 2025.
