Q: Why do I get the notification "Invalid code" when entering the code?
A: "Invalid code" means the code you entered is incorrect. Usually, there is one wrong letter/number. 0/O/Q are codes that often look the same. If you find one of these three letters/numbers, the correct letter is Q.
Q: Why do I get the notification "Undefined error" when entering the code?
A: If you get this notification, it means a minor bug is occurring. The code itself is correct. It is recommended to try again periodically, allowing some time after receiving the notification. We suggest trying again within a few hours.
Q: How long does it take to verify the receipt I uploaded?
A: The estimated maximum is 3 working days. If it has passed the estimate but is still not verified (rejected, reupload, or approved), please contact us immediately and attach the uploaded receipt.
Q: Why was my receipt rejected?
A: If the receipt is rejected, it means it does not meet the terms & conditions. The reason for rejection will also be displayed on the rejected receipt on the Rewards/Prizes page.
Q: What should I do after receiving a raffle code?
A: If you have received a raffle code, you are automatically entered into the drawing for that period. Please wait for the drawing and winner announcement. If declared a winner, our team will contact you for prize delivery.
Q: Can I win again in the next period if I was already declared a winner in the previous period?
A: Yes, you can. Please participate again because the chance to win still exists.
Q: I was contacted by an unknown number claiming I won a prize, is that true?
A: If you were contacted by the number +6285921351840, that number is indeed our team. This number is also listed in the applicable terms & conditions under point C 11/12. Other numbers can be ignored. However, if you are unsure, you can contact us using the contact information at the bottom of the page.
Q: Will my code be included in the next period if I did not win previously?
A: No, the code will expire. If you want to participate in the next period, you must enter a new code.
Q: How long is the estimated delivery time for weekly prizes?
A: Prizes will be sent with a maximum estimated delivery time of 30 days.
Q: Why is my account temporarily blocked?
A: According to the applicable terms & conditions, if you enter an invalid code 15 times in one day, your account will be temporarily blocked. You can try again the next day. However, if blocked 3 times, a permanent block will be applied. Additionally, the system will automatically block if fraud indications are detected. It is recommended to enter codes with time intervals if you have many codes.
Q: How do I fill in the email on the verification link provided?
A: You can first check on the profile page. If there is an email on the profile page, please fill in with that email. If not, please fill in with an active email.
Q: Can I still use my Cinepolis voucher even though the main campaign has ended? (currently running the extension campaign)
A: Yes, your Cinepolis voucher can still be used until September 30, 2025.
